Future Thynk began with a bold idea.
Founded by Julia Bouzan in 2019, the firm was created to bring a fresh, profit-driven approach to consulting—one that prioritizes strategic, lasting change over quick fixes. Julia’s vision was clear: to empower organizations to build on their strengths while transforming areas ready for growth, all without discarding what already works.
As consulting needs evolved and the desire to expand Future Thynk’s service offerings grew, Julia knew it was time to bring in a trusted partner to help lead this new chapter. In 2024, she engaged Katie Bartram, a former colleague with a reputation for bringing energy and insight to complex projects across several disciplines and industries. Katie’s expertise was the perfect complement to Julia’s vision, and together, they set out to redefine the Future Thynk experience.
Future Thynk is disrupting the consulting industry in two powerful ways: a fee structure that aligns directly with moving, improving, and enhancing clients’ businesses, and hands-on implementation that brings strategies to life. With a unique model based on transparency, we offer a modest upfront strategy and investigative fee, with the larger share tied directly to business results—ensuring we’re as invested in your success as you are.
In an industry where “disruption” has become a buzzword, Future Thynk believes in an approach which creates change that empowers organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive for the long term. We work deeply within each client’s unique landscape, amplifying what’s already working and transforming what isn’t—leaving clients stronger, more resilient, and excited for the future.
Future Thynk is more than a consultancy; we’re your partner in profit and optimization. Katie and Julia lead with an innovative, results-focused spark, redefining what it means to build an end-to-end consultative relationship.
